About me

I am a new Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at Rutgers University.

My lab opened in July 2023 as part of the Center for Advanced Human Brain Imaging Research at Rutgers University – New Brunswick. The Brain Modulation & Control Lab focuses on neuromodulatory mechanisms of working memory and cognitive control.

I am particularly interested in critical dynamics in the human brain in relation to working memory processes and subjective cognitive effort. I explore these links using TMS, EEG, pharmacology, and fMRI.

My work considers both healthy brain function and aberrant mechanisms in diverse disorders.

I am recruiting for multiple positions
